1. About JombolaKL

JombolaKL is a football community business based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We organize paid, structured football sessions, private bookings, corporate football events, and brand partnerships. Our services are commercial in nature — all sessions are paid activities.

2. Session Registration & Payment

All participants must register in advance for each session. Session fees are payable prior to or on the day of the session as instructed. Fees are non-refundable unless a session is cancelled by JombolaKL. Payment methods accepted will be communicated at the time of booking.

3. Session Conduct

• Players are expected to arrive on time and conduct themselves respectfully toward all other participants.
• Fair play is mandatory. Aggressive behavior, foul language, or dangerous play may result in removal from the session without refund.
• JombolaKL reserves the right to remove any player from a session or the community for misconduct.
• Players must wear appropriate sports attire and footwear for the session venue type.

4. Health, Fitness & Medical Conditions

By participating in a JombolaKL session, you confirm that you are in adequate physical health to participate in football activities. You agree to inform JombolaKL of any medical conditions that may affect your participation. You participate entirely at your own risk.

5. Liability Disclaimer

JombolaKL, its organizers, and venue partners are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage sustained during sessions, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. Players are encouraged to arrange their own personal sports insurance if required.

6. Photography & Media

JombolaKL may photograph or record sessions for community documentation, social media, and promotional purposes. By attending a session, you consent to the use of your likeness in such materials. If you wish to be excluded, please notify us in writing before the session.

7. Private Bookings

Private bookings require confirmation via written agreement (email or WhatsApp). A deposit may be required to secure the booking. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a private session may forfeit the deposit. JombolaKL reserves the right to reschedule due to force majeure events.

8. Corporate Events

Corporate football event terms are agreed upon separately in writing between JombolaKL and the contracting organization. These Terms & Conditions apply in addition to any specific corporate event agreement.

9. Sponsorships & Brand Partnerships

All brand collaboration and sponsorship arrangements require a written agreement specifying deliverables, timelines, and compensation. No partnership is effective until confirmed in writing by both parties.

10. WhatsApp Communication

JombolaKL uses WhatsApp Business for session coordination and community communication. By providing your phone number and joining our WhatsApp groups or accepting messages, you consent to receive operational and community communications from JombolaKL. You may opt out at any time.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the JombolaKL name, logo, graphics, and written content, are the intellectual property of JombolaKL. Reproduction or use of any content without written permission is prohibited.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

13. Changes to These Terms

JombolaKL reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on this website. Continued participation in our sessions or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
